It is terrifying to think that I am going to be on display the whole time when my transformation is not yet complete, but I think when I get used to it it'll be great fun. I am scared that I won't be able to diet as effectively now because I will be working away from home once more - one of the contributing factors to my previous obesity - so I'll need to find some coping strategies. I can ask that I only stay in hotels with gyms, but food-wise I'm not sure how to cope - maybe the hotels will allow me to make special requests for low-fat things. I hope so, or I'll have to survive on slimfast soup while I am away! We will finally be moving house, yay! My new job is the spur we needed to take the necessary decisions and hopefully we will be in a new place in 4-5 months. I am really excited that we will be moving into our 'big house' - the home we'd like to stay in for a long time.

A B's Adventures in Planning

Yesterday I arrived home to a message from Sposabella, letting me know that the Bride's maid dresses had arrived! They told me that it would take about 4 months to order, but it's only been about 1 陆 months. I'm hoping that the same thing will happen with my wedding dress as they say that it takes 6 months to order that and I got measured on January 5th. Fingers crossed.

So, this morning I picked them up and carried them back home on the street car. They are very pretty and I wish I could keep one for myself! ;) But, soon they will be in the mail, traveling to my Bride's maids' homes. I've also picked up a swatch of fabric that I thought we'd be able to cut up and give a piece to each of the mothers and keep some for myself. This would help our mothers pick out dresses and Ben and I pick out flowers and other blue decorations. But, the swatch is about 1 inch by 陆 an inch, so we'll all have to share. I might just hang onto Alexandra's top and use that as a reference. It's nice to have the dresses here, especially since my latest wedding dream involved my attendants arriving at the wedding without their dresses because they hadn't arrived yet! Phew! It's nice to know that that dream won't come true!.
